During a recent Building Healthy Leaders Conference God taught me the 4 Dynamics of Transformation which are Spiritual,Relational,Experientialand Instructional. I am learning to apply this to my life during my prayer time while praying for those people that God has brought into my life. I am praying for them in each area. This has also changed my personal devotional time in that I look for each of these dynamics as I am reading and studying.
