Read the scripture below. As you read the scripture below look from the view of how Paul speaks of Timothy and how he affirms Timothy and speaks of him. Especially concentrate on I & II Timothy. Make notes as you read. Then meditate on what you observed in the text. Begin to examine yourself as a leader and how you affirm leaders that you are responsible for training. Begin to listen to your speech. Pray, and ask the Holy Spirit to confirm what should be changed in regard to affirmation of leaders and then carry it out. Watch the change begin to happen as you train the emerging leader.Or yes, and if the Holy Spirit brings to your mind that it is necessary to go to the leader in training and ask for forgiveness be willing to do so. We are teaching by example and experience when we humble ourselves as a leader before our students.
